Hi,
My name is Shari Mitteco, owner of Your Fabulous Body, LLC. I’ve been a personal trainer for 8 years and just a little over a year ago opened Your Fabulous Body. The studio is private (there aren’t other people here watching you workout), state of the art as far as equipment goes, and has a great atmosphere.
I know it’s important to not only reach your goals but maintaining them which is why I will help you find the techniques that will help you and that you can live with – nothing drastic that will leave you headed for the kitchen in a “state of binge”.
